Important Registration Information

Current School Families:
If you are planning to re-enroll your children at Annunciation for the 2021 – 2022 school year, please print and sign the form below and return it to the office. The other form is the tuition schedule for next year’s preschool class. If you have a child you plan to register for preschool next year, please circle the program you prefer, sign the form and write your child’s name and return it to the office.

The registration fee will remain at $155.00 per child, ($75.00 for part-time preschool) and will be due by April 1. We will be changing from our current online tuition management system, TADS, to a different system, FACTS beginning in 2021-22. You will receive information from FACTS in March asking you to set up an account. At that time, you will be able to pay your registration fee online on FACTS. All registration fees will be due by April 1.

Even though fees are not due at this time, it is very important that you return the signed tuition schedule so we know to save a spot for your child. Also, if you plan to register a new student in any grade besides preschool, please indicate that at the bottom of the form.

Registration applications and forms for new students will be sent home to those families in the next few weeks. We will hold spots for these students at this time, but registration is not complete until all paperwork is returned to the office. If you know that your child will not be returning to Annunciation School next year, we would appreciate it if you would let us know.
